Bo heads up the Service and Commercial Installation Departments with extensive knowledge and experience. He has had the pleasure of working with some of Middle Tennessee’s largest manufacturers, churches, and retailers providing innovative solutions for an array of specific requirements. One of the most well-rounded, practical, and competent designers in our area, Bo is able to offer a fresh approach to each and every project while understanding the individuality of each application. He has designed kitchen systems for restaurants, air rotation and dust collection systems for manufacturers, air conditioning and humidity control systems for commercial printers, and specialty systems for the automotive industry, S.W.A.T. and Rescue, small to large churches, and various medical facilities. With Bo at the helm, Parker’s Heating & Cooling can offer control solutions and energy management of your existing systems and help you create a specific, specialized system to meet nearly any need. Josh Parker
Josh leads our Residential Installation Department, working to arm customers with all of the information they need to make an educated decision concerning their individual requirements. Josh began his career in 1998 and immediately started working to resolve the issues homeowners experience with their existing systems. He has spent countless days and hours deliberating with manufacturers and distributors to ensure the products offered at Parker’s Heating & Cooling meet our customer’s requirements for quality while offering the best features for our area. Because of this, Josh is on the cutting edge of technology and manages various programs – whether it is tax credits, manufacturer rebates, or low-interest financing, Josh has the answers. With his extensive knowledge, real-world experience, down-to-earth approach, and integrity, Josh is uniquely qualified to present you with the options that most closely meet your needs. Josh has been married to Kendra for almost 20 years, and they have three children, Linkon, Eli & Silas. They are very active in their church, Bethel Community Church in Murfreesboro, leading the Family Ministry.
Marty Parker
After many years of hard work and dedication to the family business, Marty and his amazing wife Martha have joined the sweet life of retirement. Although he is officially retired now, Marty still loves to come in and make sure everyone is running the company just like he trained us to. His expectations are high, and Parker’s is still making him proud! Marty “cut his teeth” working on and maintaining the propulsion systems of a Navy Destroyer in the early 1970′s. His responsibilities included maintaining the high-pressure boiler systems. He is a singer and songwriter and loves to spend time creating and producing music in his home-based studio. Marty has been married to Martha for over 40 years. They have two children, Bo and Josh, and five grandchildren, Jaymison, Sophie, Linkon, Eli & Silas. They are both very active in their church, Bethel Community Church in Murfreesboro. Marty plays the guitar on the Worship Team, and Martha serves in the Children’s Ministry.
