Eli Parker is an excellent technician and did a flawless service on my AC unit. I was almost ready to write off the younger generation but Eli has renewed my faith. I hope to have him back in the future.

I called Parker's Heating & Cooling this morning for the smell I smell, Noe came to check it out it wasn't smelling this morning, Noe checked the system in the attic unit and the outside unit where the coils are at, he cleaned the coils and put 2 units of refridgant in it. Noe put in to have them come out to give us a quote on cleaning the ducts or replacing the ducts. Noe explained everything he was doing.

( The unit was puchased in December 2024 from different company replaced a 3.5 ton unit with a 3 ton a few days later that come back to put in refrigerant in the unit, Now it was storming outside when they installed it.
On wednesday September 9, 2026 we had a estimate on the duct system in the attic, on Thursday they came out to seal and tape the duct work where they were not ever sealed when the house was built in 2007, a different company installed the new system in December2024 it is a lot smaller than the old system was they taped around but it came loose and off.
I don't smell the terrible smell so far anymore it's a lot cooler in the house now.
I will only use this company from now on we told family about them they will use them staring next year

We are in vacation and our housesitter let us know that the air conditioning wasn't working. We were recommended Parkers by a good friend, so we messaged them. They got ahold of us the very next morning, and within several hours, our air conditioner was fixed. Amazing service and very reasonable cost. Couldn't be happier. Awesome service all the way around.

Replaced the blower motor. Did it through a thunderstorm, continued working even after a close by lightning strike. I asked him several times if he wanted to come in.

Same day response, diagnosed my issue, replaced bad part, and cleaned the hvac unit within a couple of hours. Would definitely recommend using Parker’s.

Update August 2026 Part 2: One of the owners, Josh, reached out to me and ensured me that the issues with my unit are being closely monitored. He explained the difficulty diagnosing intermittent issues like I've been experiencing. This gave me reassurance after feeling frustrated. I told him I appreciated him reaching out to me. He even refunded my service call charge. Hopefully, we get to the bottom of what's going on. Thank you Josh!

Update August 2026:
Our heat pump units ran well for about 11 months. We've had 2 service calls since March 2026 with similar issues on the upstairs unit. The first time, the upstairs unit stopped cooling. The technician came out and power cycled the unit and it started cooling again. No root cause found, no permanent fix. In July 2026, the same upstairs unit appeared to begin flowing heat despite being set to cool. Imagine your emergency heat being on, but the middle of summer. I was concerned about this starting a house fire, so I turned off the unit. I called again, the technician came out, did continuity checks, power cycling the unit got it working again. No root cause, no permanent fix. I'm frustrated at this point. Either something is wrong with the installation or we got a faulty unit which needs replacing. The last technician told us to wait for it to fail again and call them. That's not a plan, but it is a $50-$100 service call every time. Keep in mind your warranty apparently doesn't cover the service charge. I called and left a message for the service manager to contact me, but they never called. We spent too much money on these top of the line units to have these sorts of issues. I don't feel we've been given the attention and expertise we need to properly troubleshoot the issue going on with the upstairs unit.

Previous review April 2025:
I had Parker's install 2 heat pumps after my old ones had reached their end of life. David came out the same day our units went out and spent about an hour inspecting to give me a variety of options. David was very professional and knowledgeable about HVAC. He provided 4 very detailed quotes to give me more than just a cheap option. We ended up going with 2 Tempstar units with high SEER2 ratings. The installers were also professional and took their time to make sure everything was done correctly. So far the units are perfect. I wish I wouldn't have waited so long before replacing them. Thank you Parker's!

If this was for the service call that Avery performed at 1239 Habersham Way on Tuesday, July 16, It was Totally Unacceptable. The unit, just 1 year old was working beautifully before he arrived and performed service. When he, Avery left, the unit was not working. He should have know.

Within an hour of my call on a steamy TN afternoon, Aiden Clara of Parker Heating and Cooling appears to diagnose a failed exterior air conditioning unit. Fortunately, he had the part needed on his truck and the unit was working in a few minutes. That's service!

Our HVAC unit recently received its summer check up. The technician, Avery, found a lot of mold and mildew that had caked on the coils and blades over the years. When he was done the unit looked as if the parts were brand new and cooling better than ever. We found Avery to be skilled, friendly and knowledgeable. Aidan C. Came out to do our HVAC spring maintenance. He was knowledgeable and helpful! We really appreciated the video messages throughout the service showing how our HVAC system works and what was repaired.

Originally called Pioneer to fix an issue… they quoted me over $5k repair, part of that being nearly $1k for just unclogging the drain pains in my single unit and the overflow pan. Called Parker’s just to get another opinion, they came out same day and did everything on Pioneer’s list for less than $2k. They also only charged me $250’ish for their maintenance plan, which included drain pan cleanings. So not only did I get my pans cleaned for significantly less than Pioneer, but had other services included in that.

Matt and Noe were prompt, professional, and fixed my problem quickly.

I had a great experience as a first time client with Parker's Heating and Cooling, which included their main office staff who answered the phones ...to the dispatcher who set up the appointment with the technician and last but not least the technician who was assigned to troubleshoot at the residence. I can't find enough words to describe Aidan. He was very professional, kind, and explained everything before, during and after about his work on the HVAC unit.

This is the company to call. I have had a couple of repairs on a 10 year old system. Parker's has been very professional as well as friendly when performing those repairs. The prices were high (IMO), but repairs like these always seem expensive to me. With additional research, I found that they were actually below the national average for those specific repairs which says a lot. Being 10 years old, I expected someone would try to sell me on a replacement system. I was told that my system is in good condition and a replacement was never mentioned (pleasant surprise). I am very pleased with their capabilities, work ethic and honesty. I am on an annual plan that offers semi-annual check-ups for my system, which is working well to keep me comfortable. I highly recommend Parker's.

Update March 2026: A few years older and another repair needed. This one involved the refrigerant. My older system uses R-410a, which has been banned by the EPA (Jan. 2025). With that, the repair was going to be very expensive. I inquired about replacement versus a repair, knowing full well it would not be cheap, but also knowing more can go wrong with an older system.
When I received the quote, it was lower that I expected which is nice for a retiree on a fixed income. He was actually excited to let me know there had been a price drop for the unit he was quoting (btw, this unit is manufactured by ICP which is a Carrier Company. The brand is Tempstar and has very good reviews/ratings online).
Wow! A company that actually passes price drops on to the customer. Not every company is greedy. That is refreshing.
I accepted the quote. The system was installed without a hitch and my home is again comfortable. The crew was extremely cordial and efficient. Every Parker's employee has been a pleasure with each interaction.
Only one regret... This rating system only allows 5 stars.

They were timely and efficient when handling our hvac needs and concerns. The technician explained everything that was going on and explained what we needed to do to fix the issue as well as other things that I could do to get better results in the future. The work hasn't been completed yet but I am sure when they do it will be amazing.

Friendly and knowledgeable service

Our unit was dying slowly a few months ago and we called for quotes from a few companies. Parkers was the only one that not only provided a quote but also explained things that were off wit our duct system and how they could help our efficiency.

The day of install went smoothly and it was independently checked by a supervisor before the installers left our property. During the recent winter storm, we called about making sure we were clearing ice from the unit appropriately and their office team were more than patient and kind with walking us through the steps needed to make sure the fan didn't freeze.

I have been highly impressed with Parkers and hope to continue to be so. I can recommend them without hesitation.

Our heat went off sometime during the night. It was 63 this morning so I called and they were able to come out today. Did a thorough check and said it was the thermostat wasn’t communicating well. They installed a new one and helped us set up with WiFi. Very friendly but professional and helpful. We signed up for service plan as well. We always had one where we lived before and feel like it is worth the money.

I had a great experience with Parkers, especially with David Fiermonte. I was told by a competitor that my HVAC unit needed to be replaced and quoting me a huge amount for a basic new unit. David came in and explained how my unit was installed inefficiently by the builder and quoted me a much lower price for an upgraded unit. They finished the work in a day and I'm very happy with the outcome.
