• Step #5: Flip the air filter and spray down the filter from the side with the direction of the airflow.
• Step #6: Repeat steps 4 & 5.
• Step #7: If your filter is still dirty after several passes with the hose, try mixing water and dishwashing detergent and applying it to the filter from both sides, then wait 10 minutes and try hosing it down again.
• Step #8: Allow your clean filter to dry completely before reinstalling it.
• Step #9: Re-install your electrostatic filter before you power your HVAC system back on.
