HVAC Service in Antioch, TN

Home / Antioch

A hot afternoon along Bell Road puts an air conditioner to work quickly. Antioch gets the same long cooling season as the rest of the Nashville area, where normal temperatures reach 90 degrees or higher about 49 days each year, according to the National Weather Service. Homes around Cane Ridge, Hickory Woods, Old Hickory Boulevard, and the neighborhoods east of Murfreesboro Pike need cooling equipment that can keep up with that heat without neglecting the colder stretches of winter.

Parker’s Heating & Cooling provides HVAC services in Antioch for homeowners who need AC repair, heating service, indoor air quality work, and routine system care. We’ve served Middle Tennessee since 1992, and that history is still tied directly to the Parker family.

Antioch itself has changed considerably during that time. Residential neighborhoods sit alongside newer development, apartments, retail corridors, and a substantial commercial presence around I-24 and Murfreesboro Pike. That variety means HVAC needs can change considerably within a few miles.

Air Conditioning Services in Antioch

Antioch’s long cooling season puts plenty of hours on residential AC equipment, especially once afternoon temperatures climb and humidity settles in. The area also has a broad mix of established suburban homes and newer development around Cane Ridge, so cooling problems are not identical across every property.

  • In established neighborhoods around Bell Road and Murfreesboro Pike, aging central AC equipment may begin running longer or struggling to cool the house evenly. Our air conditioning repair service addresses weak airflow, warm air, short cycling, and systems that cannot keep up on hotter days.
  • Continued residential growth around Cane Ridge means many systems are newer, but newer equipment still needs routine care. Air conditioning maintenance can catch dirty components, airflow problems, and wear before peak summer demand.
  • Older systems serving Antioch homes may reach a point where repeated repairs no longer make sense. Air conditioning replacement gives homeowners a chance to size new equipment around the house as it exists today, including finished or remodeled spaces.
  • Bonus rooms, additions, converted garages, and other spaces that never cool as well as the rest of the house may be candidates for a ductless system rather than extending existing ductwork.

Schedule air conditioning service in Antioch when your cooling system starts falling behind.

Heating Services in Antioch

Antioch winters are milder than its summers, but freezing nights still demand a dependable heating system. Heat pumps are well suited to many Middle Tennessee homes, while furnaces remain common across established neighborhoods.

  • Homes around Hickory Woods, Bell Road, and older sections near Murfreesboro Pike may have heating equipment that has already been through many winters. Heating repair can address systems that run constantly, blow cool air, make new noises, or fail to reach the thermostat setting.
  • Antioch’s temperature swings can have a heat pump heating the house one day and operating in cooling mode soon afterward. Heat pump repair addresses equipment that struggles during either part of that cycle.
  • Gas and electric furnaces remain part of Antioch’s varied housing stock. Our furnace services cover problems with the heating equipment itself rather than treating every no-heat call as the same issue.
  • Homes in rapidly growing parts of Cane Ridge may have relatively new heating systems that still accumulate significant runtime over the course of a year. Regular heating maintenance checks the system before colder weather arrives.

Schedule heating service with Parker’s when the temperature inside your Antioch home is no longer matching the thermostat.

Indoor Air Quality Services in Antioch

Humidity, construction activity, household dust, and duct conditions can all affect the air moving through an Antioch home. This is particularly noticeable when the HVAC system runs heavily during summer and continually circulates air through the same duct system.

  • Homes near growing sections of Cane Ridge and other active development can deal with dust that finds its way indoors. Air purification adds another level of treatment beyond the HVAC system’s standard filter.
  • Older Antioch homes may have ductwork with loose connections, damaged sections, or past modifications. Ductwork repair can address conditioned air escaping before it reaches rooms at the far end of the system.
  • Middle Tennessee’s humid summers can leave some Antioch homes feeling damp even while the AC is operating. Whole-home humidifiers and dehumidifiers allow moisture to be managed through the HVAC system.
  • Homes that have been occupied for years, remodeled, or exposed to ongoing dust may eventually need attention inside the air distribution system. Duct cleaning addresses buildup within accessible portions of the duct system.

Schedule indoor air quality service when dust, humidity, or uneven airflow continues to be a problem inside your Antioch home.

Commercial HVAC Services in Antioch

Commercial HVAC is particularly relevant in Antioch. Metro planning documents identify substantial commercial and industrial development along Murfreesboro Pike and I-24, while Bell Road remains one of the community’s major commercial corridors. These properties can place very different demands on HVAC equipment than nearby single-family homes.

  • Restaurants around Bell Road and Murfreesboro Pike contend with heat generated by kitchens alongside the normal cooling demands of dining spaces. Parker’s provides restaurant HVAC service for equipment operating under those conditions.
  • Offices and professional spaces throughout Antioch need consistent temperatures during occupied business hours. Our commercial air conditioning services address cooling problems that can affect employees and customers across the building.
  • Warehouses, industrial properties, and other businesses near the I-24 corridor can have larger spaces and operating schedules that differ considerably from residential properties. Commercial heating service covers heating equipment serving these buildings during colder weather.
  • Commercial systems that have logged years of service may eventually develop major component failures. When testing points to the compressor rather than a smaller repair, Parker’s provides commercial compressor replacement.

HVAC Needs Across a Growing Antioch Community

Antioch has grown into one of the more varied parts of southeast Nashville. Established neighborhoods around Bell Road and Murfreesboro Pike sit alongside newer development toward Cane Ridge, while the I-24 corridor supports apartments, restaurants, retail centers, offices, and larger commercial properties. That mix means HVAC equipment can be dealing with very different buildings and workloads within the same community.

The climate adds another layer. Long, humid summers keep air conditioners and heat pumps running heavily, while winter cold snaps make dependable heating just as important. Older homes may be dealing with aging equipment or ductwork that has been altered over the years. Newer Antioch homes can have different concerns, including upstairs rooms that are harder to cool, humidity control, and systems that need regular maintenance to keep up with year-round use. Commercial properties along Bell Road, Murfreesboro Pike, and I-24 bring their own demands, particularly businesses with long operating hours or changing occupancy throughout the day.

I called Parker's Heating & Cooling this morning for the smell I smell, Noe came to check it out it wasn't smelling this morning, Noe checked the system in the attic unit and the outside unit where the coils are at, he cleaned the coils and put 2 units of refridgant in it. Noe put in to have them come out to give us a quote on cleaning the ducts or replacing the ducts. Noe explained everything he was doing.
If you need your HVAC checked out call Parker's Heating & Cooling.
( The unit was puchased in December 2024 from different company replaced a 3.5 ton unit with a 3 ton a few days later that come back to put in refrigerant in the unit, Now it was storming outside when they installed it.
On wednesday September 9, 2026 we had a estimate on the duct system in the attic, on Thursday they came out to seal and tape the duct work where they were not ever sealed when the house was built in 2007, a different company installed the new system in December2024 it is a lot smaller than the old system was they taped around but it came loose and off.
I don't smell the terrible smell so far anymore it's a lot cooler in the house now.
I will only use this company from now on we told family about them they will use them staring next year

We are in vacation and our housesitter let us know that the air conditioning wasn't working. We were recommended Parkers by a good friend, so we messaged them. They got ahold of us the very next morning, and within several hours, our air conditioner was fixed. Amazing service and very reasonable cost. Couldn't be happier. Parkers has gained us as customers, and we are so grateful to them!

Parker's has done our maintenance for years, and we always have great service. Our technician, Eli, called ahead to let us know what time he would arrive, and he arrived in his original promised time frame. The service was quick, and he provided a thorough status update on all the observations he made during the visit, including things to look out for in the future. I would recommend Eli and Parker's to a friend.
